I have been there myself and its a spectacular place. If you notice under the bridge, in the background there is a group of climbers traversing a knife edge ridge. This is a nerve racking experience and the drop on either side is terrifying! A cloudy day has the advantage of not being able to see Chamonix 3000m below your feet.

Another example of over-photoshopping gone bad. The image didn’t look like that to the human eye. I hope the photographer doesn’t fancy himself a photojournalist.
